The courage to be cultivated and in two it becomes easier

There is always a time when we are hit, thrown to the ground. The trauma, whatever its nature - losing their jobs, the betrayal of a friend, an illness - always comes unexpectedly. And we react with disbelief and amazement. An example: we were cooled, then suddenly an oversight fever, complications to the heart, perhaps. The same happens if we lose the place, if we lose those we love. At first we think it is a nightmare from which we wake up. Then we understand that that is the reality in which we live. How do we react to trauma? What should we do when we're lost in a forest? There is only one way: to accept the new reality, understand, adapt to it, learn how to move into the unknown. We must quickly learn to live in the new environment, people become informed and use all our abilities, our intelligence, our tenacity to get out. And to capitalize on the virtues, the qualities we possess: courage, fortitude, optimism, hope for not giving up, look ahead, to act. Some say that courage is not there we can give. It is false. Courage is cultivated, is exercised. And the same goes for all other virtues such as vigilance, perseverance, optimism, hope. Think of the surviving prisoners in the gulag, the maimed, paralyzed, who were able to lead a happy life, the sick who have passed diseases appalling, to the people who found love after decenni.Ma how difficult it is to do alone. We need a helper to make us a guide, sustains us, help us. Someone who, when we surrender taken by anxiety, comforted us and tell us that we will succeed. That, when we switched to act on our behalf. And who can we count on? Who will love us. Lucky in love because love has the divine power to set aside the fear. They are happy to be together under any circumstances and to do anything for each other. Their heart is serene, even when looking for the road, even in difficulties.
